The sale of this discounted vacation package is for the purpose of introducing the benefits of vacation ownership. Attendance at a presentation on the benefits of vacation ownership is required, and part of a morning or afternoon while on vacation. If you do not fulfill this obligation, you will not receive the discounted offer, or additional gifts.

Vacation Reserved has access to over 900,000 hotels worldwide, if you can't find the hotel you want just reach out to one of our sales associates and well be more than happy to assist you.  

Our Hotel inventory changes daily, and we always show the best deals first. If you need help or want a specific hotel, just ask a representative. 

You can book same day check in at Vacation Reserved. However to assure our guest have the best possible experience, and have no issues. All reservations  made within 5 days must be done over the phone.  This is to make sure both parties are fully aware of the promotion and the cancellation policy.  Any bookings made within 3 days of travel, are nonrefundable.

In order to book for more than 4 people,  just call in or chat. We have access to 2, 3, 4 bedroom packages. Yes,  we do have access to Vacation home rentals in our network.  Just call in.

The Price you see in checkout page is the final price for your vacation.   Some hotels and resorts charge additional fees, such as resort fees or parking. Vacation Reserved does not collect these fees, and are paid to the hotel directly at time of travel.

Unfortunately we can only provide one discounted vacation package per group. However if you need an additional rooms we can help by offering you wholesale rates.

Attendance is required, and if you do not fulfill this obligation, your reservation may be canceled and you may be charged for the full cost of your vacation. You will also not receive any gifts. If you cant make the presentation due to extenuating circumstances, simply contact our customer service center and well be happy to assist you.

After you find your ideal vacation package, you will be contacted by one of our professional customer service reps that will give you all the pertinent information regarding your presentation.

Vacation reserved never charges you for changing or cancelling a reservation. As long as you make those changes 4 days before the date of travel. Please refer to the cancellation policy located in the final booking screen.
